Receipt Required for all Refunds and Exchanges
Last day for full refunds are September 7, 2010 for MSU and September 1, 2010 for LCC.

1. Time Limit
     A. Books will be accepted for 100% refund only before the last day listed above. Books purchased after that time are non-refundable.
     B. The last day for Fall Semester 2010 book returns is September 7, 2010 for MSU and September 1, 2010 for LCC.

2. Our sales receipt is required and new books must completely unmarked and in new saleable condition with our price label attached.

3. Reference books, study aids, special order books are non refundable or exchangeable.

4. Prices and Availability subject to change without notice.

Please note: Availability of used books is not guaranteed. New books will be provided if used are not available.

Non Book Merchandise Refunds or Exchanges

Merchandise ordered on our website may be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase. Please enclose a copy of the receipt along with a brief explanation for the return or exchange. Defective merchandise may be exchanged only. We do not refund shipping for returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

If returning or exchanging at retail store simply bring your books with packing slip or receipt and your credit will be processed at that time.
